Affiliate Program Terms

You must be at least 18, legally able to participate and provide accurate account information. Opening Refer & earn with a verified DeepSearch account automatically enrolls you and prepares your personal link; there is no application or manual approval step for new members. Participation does not guarantee earnings. Accounts restricted for misuse or flagged for review may need support before sharing.

Your participation also follows our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these program terms conflict with the general terms about affiliate commissions, these program terms apply. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Use your personal referral link to introduce new customers to DeepSearch. A referral must be recorded for an eligible new account and result in a qualifying, successfully paid web purchase. Existing customers, self-referrals, duplicate accounts and purchases arranged primarily to generate commission do not qualify.

The referral cookie lasts up to 90 days. Browser restrictions, privacy choices, deleted cookies and switching devices may prevent attribution. A link click alone is not a commission, and we cannot guarantee credit for untracked activity. A customer already attributed to a partner is not reassigned by later sign-ins.

The standard program pays 30% of qualifying payments from each referred customer during their first 12 months, including qualifying renewals. The reward shown in your Dub partner group applies if we agree to a different offer with you.

Commission is calculated on the eligible payment amount recorded in Dub, after applicable discounts and excluding taxes where separately identified. Unpaid, canceled, fraudulent, refunded or reversed payments do not earn commission. Partial refunds reduce the associated commission. Already paid amounts may be adjusted against future commissions after review. Commissions are money, not DeepSearch usage credits.

The standard holding period is 30 days, and the program currently has no minimum payout balance. Eligible commissions are reviewed before payouts are processed. A commission becoming eligible does not mean the money has already been sent.

Complete the payout method, identity and tax requirements presented by Dub. Available methods and processing times depend on your location and the payment provider. Your partner dashboard shows commission and payout status. You are responsible for accurate payout details and taxes on your earnings. We may pause a disputed or suspicious amount while we investigate and will explain the issue on request.

Make a clear affiliate disclosure next to your recommendation and link, in the language of your audience. For example: “This is an affiliate link. I may earn a commission if you subscribe.” Describe only features and experiences you can substantiate; do not claim to have used a product you have not tried.

You may use the current official assets in the partner resources to identify DeepSearch while participating. Keep the artwork intact and do not imply that you are DeepSearch, our employee or an authorized customer support representative. Do not use retired logos.

• No unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading claims, fabricated reviews, cookie stuffing or forced redirects.
• No bidding on DeepSearch brand terms or using misleading DeepSearch domains, account names or ads without written permission.
• No undisclosed incentives, unauthorized coupons or publishing private customer information.

You may stop participating at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end participation for misuse or a material breach of these rules. Stop using the partner assets and presenting yourself as an active partner when participation ends. Valid, undisputed commissions already earned remain subject to the payout and adjustment rules above.

We may update the program prospectively and communicate material changes through the partner portal or your registered email. Changes do not retroactively reduce valid commissions already earned. Contact us if a referral or payout appears incorrect so we can review the relevant records.
