How to request deletion
To delete your account, email support@deepsearch.app from the email address connected to your DeepSearchaccount with the subject "Delete my account".
If you cannot send the request from the account email address, include enough information for us to verify that you own the account before we delete it.
What we delete
We delete your account profile, authentication record, saved searches, search history, saved profiles, app settings, and support data linked to your account where deletion is legally and technically possible.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes. Payment records handled by third-party payment processors may also be retained according to their legal obligations.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will reply by email when the request is received and when deletion is complete.
