Refund Policy

Subscriptions

DeepSearch subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that.

If you were charged in error, or experienced a problem that prevented you from using the service, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review your request for a full or pro-rated refund.

Coins

Coins are a one-time purchase that never expire. Because coins are consumed the moment a search runs, used coins are non-refundable. Unused coin packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet spent any coins from that pack.

How to request a refund

Email support@deepsearch.app with the email address on your account and the charge in question. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
