Access and usage
DeepSearch can include a recurring Pro subscription, one-time coin packages, or a combination of plan allowance and wallet balance. The Billing screen is the source of truth for your current access, local price, renewal date, and remaining coins.
A candidate search and a full profile can have different costs because the full profile performs deeper public research. The confirmation shown before a paid action tells you what will be used.
Manage billing
- Open Profile, then Billing to view your plan and wallet.
- Manage payment methods and choose the default card when card billing is available.
- Download receipts from payment history.
- Cancel or resume a subscription from the subscription controls.
- Configure auto top-up only when you want coins added automatically.
Avoid usage surprises
Check the wallet before running repeated fresh profiles, photo analyses, or scheduled re-searches. Pausing a re-search stops future scheduled runs; removing it also clears that monitor from your list.
Store billing differs
Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must be managed in the store where they were purchased. Web billing controls cannot cancel an App Store or Play Store subscription.
