2025
Year the complaint was filed
2026 is on course to pass 2025: 108,347 complaints in 9 months against 125,199 in all of 2025.
October 2025 shows almost no complaints because FCC complaint intake stopped during the federal government shutdown, not because calls stopped.
Informal consumer complaints filed with the Federal Communications Commission, including unwanted calls and texts, with the complainant's state, the call type and the caller ID number given.
We added up monthly complaints under the issue "Unwanted Calls" for each complete calendar year.

Limits to keep in mind
These are complaints people chose to file with the FCC, not a count of all unwanted calls; most people who get a robocall never report it.
The FCC has changed its complaint form over the years, which can move counts between issues.
