What you would work on
- Translate customer workflows into technical requirements and supported API operations.
- Build small integration examples that demonstrate authentication, error handling, and source interpretation.
- Investigate integration issues using minimal, appropriately scoped reproduction cases.
- Feed recurring customer requirements back into product planning and developer documentation.
What you bring
- Experience working directly with customers on software integrations or technical evaluations.
- Confidence with HTTP APIs, TypeScript or Python, and debugging request flows.
- A solution example that explains both what an integration enables and where its limits are.
