Parties, roles, and instructions
A DPA must identify the contracting parties and the processing activities covered. DeepSearch may perform different roles for account operations, public information services, or a customer-directed workflow. Describe the service, purpose, duration, data categories, and people concerned before requesting terms.
This public overview explains the topics to address. It is not an executed agreement, a set of signed instructions, or an authorization to submit sensitive information.
Security, providers, and transfers
The processing arrangement should address confidentiality, access, security measures, approved subprocessors, and the safeguards for any international transfer. Our Trust Center and provider directory give the starting context; the actual contract defines the agreed scope and obligations.
Rights, incidents, and end of service
Relevant terms should explain assistance with data-subject requests, incident reporting, retention, return or deletion, audit information, and the handling of legally required records. Account deletion, a public-result suppression request, and a contractual data-return request are different operations.
Request the applicable agreement
Contact the team with your legal entity, the intended workflow, data categories, jurisdictions, and procurement requirements. Ask for the agreement version, service scope, subprocessor terms, and any confidentiality requirements applicable to the proposed arrangement.
