Personal data deserves a clear purpose

Publicly accessible information can still be personal data. Our Privacy Policy describes the information DeepSearch processes, the reasons for processing it, and the legal bases that apply. These include providing the service, consent where requested, legal obligations, and legitimate interests where applicable.

Exercise your rights

You can ask about access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or an objection to processing. Tell us which information and service your request concerns. We may need proportionate verification before releasing or changing information about a person.

Removing a result from DeepSearch and removing the original source are different actions. Our removal guide explains how to request suppression from DeepSearch; the source publisher controls its own copy.

Transfers and processing agreements

Our service uses international infrastructure and service providers. Where required, the relevant transfer mechanism and contractual safeguards are described in our privacy documentation. Contact the team for a processing agreement and the scope applicable to your use of DeepSearch.
