Safeguards and responsibilities
HIPAA security requirements address administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for electronic protected health information. Our access, infrastructure, incident response, and vendor control pages describe the areas relevant to a security review.
A service provider's HIPAA offering does not automatically cover every feature or customer workflow. Ask our team to confirm the applicable business associate agreement and approved scope before submitting protected health information.
