Audit records, access signals, and availability
Operational records support the investigation of account activity, privileged operations, payment events, provider failures, and service health. The information recorded and retained can differ by feature; request the relevant audit coverage when evaluating a specific control.
Availability checks help distinguish an application failure from a provider problem. A public marketing page is not a live status measurement or an uptime guarantee. Report an issue with its time, affected feature, and observable behavior so the team can investigate.
Keep the service observable
Operational events and diagnostics help the team investigate failures, provider availability, and abusive requests. They can include technical identifiers, timestamps, and request outcomes described in our Privacy Policy.
Respect privacy in diagnostics
Diagnostic access is limited by operational need. Search content, account information, and credentials require different handling from aggregate product measurements. An anonymous chat is not a promise that the service generates no security or operational records.
Product measurement and choices
Product analytics and optional measurement are explained in the Cookie Policy. Necessary service and security records can serve a different purpose from optional analytics.
