Payment details stay with payment providers
Our checkout uses payment providers to collect and process payment credentials. DeepSearch receives the transaction information needed to manage subscriptions, entitlements, refunds, and support. We do not store full card numbers.
Provider assurance
Stripe publishes its own payment security and PCI compliance information. Other supported payment methods operate under their providers' terms and security controls. A provider's PCI status applies to the provider's services and does not describe every part of DeepSearch.
Billing support
For billing questions, include your account email and a description of the issue. Never send full card numbers, card security codes, or banking passwords to support.
